Position

Description:

Mobility Support Technician responsible for technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices, supporting clients and mobile devices across the enterprise, and assisting with major enterprise rollouts. Travel between local sites within the region is required.

• Technical support of both iOS and Android mobile devices
• Support clients and mobile devices across the enterprise
• Assist through major rollout for the enterprise
• Travel between local sites within the region
• Customer service (phone and in-person) including troubleshooting, general support, in-service, and training
• Development of end-user reference documentation
• Configuring, delivering, and maintaining mobile devices

• Experience with mobile devices product support (smartphones and tablets)
• MDM experience/knowledge
• Ability to work independently and serve as the resolution point for mobility issues
• Polished and patient customer service approach; professionalism is important
• Sense of urgency, ability to multi-task and prioritize
• Technical support experience with mobile devices – both in-person and phone support
