Certified Nursing Assistant All Shifts

Fairview Rehab & Nursing Home is seeking compassionate and reliable Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We are hiring for full-time, part-time, and per diem roles across all shifts. CNAs play a critical role in supporting residents with daily care while promoting dignity, comfort, and safety in a skilled nursing environment.

• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility
• Support residents during meals and ensure proper hydration
• Take and record vital signs and report any changes in condition to the nursing team
• Assist with transfers, repositioning, and ambulation using safe techniques
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care provided
• Follow infection control, safety, and facility protocols
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Work collaboratively with nurses and interdisciplinary team members

• Active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the applicable state
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Long-term care or skilled nursing experience preferred, but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Dependable attendance and strong teamwork skills

• Full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available
• Day, evening, and night shifts open
• Weekend and holiday availability may be required
