Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center, a long‑term care facility in the Philadelphia suburb of Willow Grove, PA, is seeking to hire compassionate Licensed Practical Nurses to join our care team.

• Full Time & Part Time schedules available
  • 7am-3pm
  • 3pm-11pm
  • 11pm-7am

• Has at least 6 months experience in the long‑term care or rehab setting
• Embraces our person‑centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences
• Possesses a true passion for excellence in nursing care
• Demonstrates the ability to remain calm and perform effectively during peak periods of activity and emergency situations
• Effectively interacts with residents, their family members, and the healthcare team members

• In coordination with the healthcare team, assesses, plans, directs, evaluates, and modifies each resident's care plan to meet their physical, psychosocial, and cultural needs
• Manage emergency situations in a prompt, precise, and professional manner
• Maintains accurate, detailed reports and records
• Completes medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents
