We are seeking a compassionate and experienced RN Supervisor to join our team at Garden Spring Rehab and Care Center in Willow Grove, Pennsylvania. As a RN Supervisor

As a RN Supervisor
, you will be responsible for:

• Providing leadership and guidance to nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent patient care
• Developing and implementing care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
• Conducting regular rounds to assess patient care and safety
• Identifying and addressing any potential issues or concerns
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and care

• Provide direct supervision to nursing staff, including delegation, guidance, and evaluation
• Develop and implement care plans in conjunction with the interdisciplinary team
