Overview
Full‑time Brand Representative representing Dell in the Philadelphia, PA market (DELLFSM). Responsible for building relationships, brand awareness, and supporting retail sales and merchandising in assigned stores.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain relationships with store associates, shoppers, and retail managers.
- Refresh product displays quarterly and conduct in‑store resets, including placement or removal of devices and marketing material.
- Maintain Dell retail brand standards by inspecting displays, marketing materials, and ensuring all devices are clean, functional, and available.
- Educate and train frontline store associates and managers on Dell products, sales techniques, and brand messaging.
- Provide hands‑on demonstrations and answer product questions to enhance the Dell brand experience for shoppers.
- Collect consumer insights weekly, gather intelligence from high‑performing stores, and provide data on competitor pricing, incentives, promotions, and customer sentiment.
- Travel within the assigned territory (within 70 miles) to visit retailers and generate brand excitement; occasional travel to other markets as required.
- Maintain accurate documentation of visits, sales activities, and best practices.
- Meet or exceed quarterly sales goals and weekly in‑store time goals.
- Schedule and facilitate sales and product training sessions with store staff.
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- At least 6 months of retail selling experience in consumer electronics or related technical/wireless products.
- At least 6 months of successful training experience, ideally in direct marketing or retail environments.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to conduct consultative selling that overcomes objections and matches customer needs.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer‑service orientation.
- Strong multi‑tasking, time‑management, and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
- Capacity to work independently in an unstructured environment.
- Reliable transportation and state‑required minimum liability automobile insurance.
$18 per hour (market‑based) plus next‑day on‑demand pay via Daily Pay. Paid virtual training, annual incentive up to $4,000 paid quarterly, eligibility for benefits and 401(k). Dell PC device provided after orientation. Paid travel time and mileage, paid time off, and apparel/equipment provided. $30 per month cell‑phone reimbursement.
