• Greet and engage customers, assess needs, and provide tailored styling advice and product recommendations.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and conversion targets through proactive outreach and clienteling.
• Build and maintain client relationships, including follow-up communication and appointment scheduling.
• Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems and handle exchanges or returns per policy.
• Support visual merchandising standards and maintain a well-stocked, organized sales floor.
• Collaborate with the store team on events, promotions, and inventory management.

• 3+ years of retail sales or styling experience, preferably in fashion or specialty retail.
• Proven track record of meeting sales goals in a commission-driven role.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Professional appearance and strong product knowledge with comfort using POS and clienteling tools.
