Visual Support Associate - Willow Grove

Summary

Supports the store visual merchandising team by maintaining displays, refreshing fixtures, and assisting with floor sets on a part-time basis. Works to uphold visual standards and ensure merchandise presentation is neat, on-brand, and customer-ready. Performs light stock movement and helps organize merchandise to keep the sales floor polished.

• Assist in creating and updating visual displays, mannequins, and window presentations per planograms and guidelines.
• Refresh fixtures, signage, and product displays regularly to maintain presentation standards.
• Replenish merchandise and move stock between backroom and sales floor as needed.
• Help maintain a clean, organized sales floor and backstock area.
• Collaborate with store and visual teams to execute display setups and merchandising projects.

• Prior retail or visual merchandising experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and a good eye for presentation.
• Ability to lift and move merchandise and fixtures (up to 40 lbs) and perform physical tasks throughout the shift.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
• Reliable transportation to and from the store location.
