• Process transactions, handle returns, and manage customer follow-up.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and keep the sales floor organized.

• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, ideally in apparel or fashion.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and selling skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable standing and moving on the sales floor for extended periods.
• Basic experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory handling.
