Base hourly pay ranges from $19.15 to $24.50, depending on experience, location and other factors as permitted by law. Eligible to earn incentive pay with an average payout of $162–$500 per month.
Store hours:
Monday–Friday 8AM–6PM and Saturday 8AM–5PM. 37.5‑hour work week. No Sundays.
Full‑time Associates accrue up to three weeks of paid time off during the first year.
Location2506 West Moreland Road, Willow Grove, PA 19090.
Responsibilities- Sell and process new AAA memberships, maximizing upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Drive engagement with the membership base through in‑store sales, inquiries, and outbound calls.
- Welcome new members, present promotions, and discuss upgrade opportunities.
- Accurately document all leads and interactions and maintain clear records.
- Serve as the go‑to person in the store for all membership‑related inquiries, providing expert guidance and support to customers.
- Assist as backup in cashiering, Tag and Title, and IDEMIA services when applicable.
- Minimum 3 years of sales and customer service experience.
- Effective written and oral communication skills.
- Proficiency in navigating multiple websites and computer programs.
- Notary Public designation or willingness to obtain within 6 months of employment.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Satisfactory pre‑employment and post‑employment screening results (criminal, drug, state/vendor specific).
- Ability to obtain the necessary membership license (or others) as required for essential functions.
