Summary
Deliver outstanding, personalized customer service to drive sales and build lasting client relationships. Maintain an organized, visually appealing sales floor while meeting individual and store performance goals.
Responsibilities- Provide attentive, personalized service to customers and assist with product selection.
- Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store sales goals.
- Operate point-of-sale systems accurately and handle transactions.
- Maintain merchandise presentation, including restocking and floor moves.
- Support inventory activities and loss prevention practices.
- 2+ years of retail or luxury sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
