Licensed Customer Service Representative

Full-time (Mon - Fri, 9a - 5p)

Hourly pay + commission; competitive with potential to earn individual and team bonuses. No limits on compensation; based on your performance and strong work ethic.

• Solicit for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources
• Ask customers for referrals and explain our referral program
• Maintain knowledge of products
• Create and build client relationships with new and existing customers
• Process and follow-up on P&C endorsements
• Offer cross-sell P&C products
• Provide quotes for existing customers for all P&C (non-commercial) lines
• Prepare and conduct insurance policy reviews
• Update customer information in Allstate system
• Take claim reports as described in office procedure manual and follow-up on claims
• Receive and process payments accurately
  
  Review monthly pay/cancel list and follow-up with customers
• Follow-up with compliance processes (T-Docs, pended bound business, etc.)

• Strong customer service background
• P&C license
