We offer our Remodeling Sales Consultant a competitive wage, with on-target earnings of $120,000–$200,000 per year (base salary + uncapped commission), plus performance incentives

• 3+ years of experience in the remodeling/construction sales world
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Fluency in computers and CRMs
• Comfortable and confident with cold calling

Previous experience selling windows, doors, or cabinets is preferred.

This is a full-time, hybrid position with variable business-hour scheduling based on your sales activities and client needs.

In this role, you'll independently develop new opportunities by engaging contractors and builders, managing ongoing relationships, and maintaining a structured sales pipeline. You'll document all outreach and activity in our CRM, remain proactive and organized, and work toward generating $1M+ in sales within your first year, representing The Dailey Company with integrity and professionalism.
