This is a full-time, on-site Carpenter role based in Willow Grove, PA. The Carpenter will perform a range of carpentry tasks including framing, rough and finish work, installation of doors, windows, trim, and other building components. Daily responsibilities include reading and interpreting plans, measuring and cutting materials, assembling and installing structural and finish elements, and maintaining a clean and safe job site.

The role also involves regular use of hand tools and power tools, collaborating with supervisors and crew members to complete projects on schedule, and adhering to all safety and quality standards.

• Strong carpentry skills, including experience with rough and finish work and adherence to construction best practices.
• Proficiency with hand tools and power tools, with a focus on safe, efficient, and accurate use.
• Experience in framing, including layout, construction of walls, floors, roofs, and structural components.
• Finish carpentry abilities such as installing trim, moldings, doors, cabinetry, and other detailed interior and exterior finishes.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints or construction drawings and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Reliable transportation to Willow Grove, PA job sites and ability to work full-time, including occasional overtime as needed.
• Commitment to workplace safety, proper material handling, and maintaining an organized work area.
• Previous carpentry or construction experience required; trade school, apprenticeship, or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Physical ability to perform job duties, including lifting materials, standing for extended periods, and working in various weather conditions.
