The HVAC Technician will assist in the installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical system. This position will be based out of Montgomery County but will need to travel the tri-state area as well.

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in servicing and maintaining boilers and related equipment.
• Change and install commercial water heaters and indirect storage tanks.
• Replace corroded piping and old isolation valves to maintain system integrity.
• Safely change and install gas lines on mechanical equipment.
• Diagnose and assist in resolving mechanical equipment failures.
• Follow the International Mechanical Code and company standards during all tasks.
• Adhere to strict safety protocols, including proper handling of heavy equipment.
• Move and position storage tanks safely using approved methods.
• Collaborate with the HVAC division when required for cross-functional tasks.
• Follow directions from the immediate supervisor and work effectively within a team.

Qualifications :

• Ability to follow detailed instructions and safety guidelines.
• Basic understanding of mechanical systems and tools.
• Physical capability to lift and move heavy equipment safely.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to various mechanical and HVAC tasks.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
• Reliable work ethic and dependable transportation; must maintain valid driver's license and working vehicle
