Lift & Rope Descent Technicians Encouraged to ApplyLWC Services is hiring experienced window cleaners who already work in the industry and want steady commercial work, organized crews, and higher earning potential at a growing, family-owned company.
This is not an entry-level labor position. We are looking for experienced technicians comfortable working at height who can contribute immediately.
Schedule: Full-time, year-round work
Higher starting pay for experience. Premium pay considered for:- Aerial lift operators
- Rope descent technicians
- Scaffolding experience
- Crew leads
- Commercial building window cleaning
- Lift work and drop work (RDS)
- Water-fed pole systems
- Atriums and interior glass
- Hospitals, campuses, large facilities
- Consistent commercial work
- Proper equipment and maintained gear
- Organized scheduling and crews
- Safety-focused company that understands the trade
