Child and Family Focus in Bucks County seeks a Family Support Partner to guide families and youth through the High-Fidelity Family Teams Process. You will work with a team to build natural supports within the community and help families articulate and pursue their vision.
This full-time role (40 hours/week) includes evening hours (5-7:30pm) 2–3 days weekly and a starting hourly wage of $17.83, with comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth.
