+ Read and interpret blueprints and construction documents for prospective, ongoing, and future projects to guide field activities and decision-making.

+ Assist with office-based tasks including bids, estimates, reports, logs, and project tracking when field demands allow.

+ Coordinate and oversee work on a variety of project types, including commercial, healthcare, school, institutional, and municipal facilities.

+ Monitor earth work and concrete work activities, ensuring they meet project specifications and quality expectations.

+ Support build-out and ground-up construction efforts, contributing to planning and execution even when not the primary focus.

+ Utilize construction management software, including Procore, to track project progress, documentation, and communication.

Essential Skills

+ Proven experience managing construction projects in sectors such as commercial, healthcare, school, institutional, or municipal.
