Job Title
Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist
Recruiting and Onboarding Specialist responsible for managing full cycle recruitment which includes posting jobs in recruitment platforms, interviewing candidates, scheduling second interviews with hiring managers and the entire hiring process through separation.
WHAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR
As a member of our growing team, many of the duties include, but are not limited to the following:
- Recruiting potential candidates
- Create applicant pools and talent pipelines by posting job ads through job boards, social media, state employment agencies, professional associations, colleges, and employee referral programs
- Evaluate applications, review resumes, conduct reference checks and employment verification, process background checks and complete interviews to establish a narrow candidate pool
- Manage applicant tracking system and update applicant statuses to ensure data reporting
- Conducts new hire orientation virtually or onsite to introduce HR policies and procedures
- Coordinate with all markets to resolve onboarding issues
- Onboard and transition new hires to markets by partnering with Managers and Office Manager
- Assist in maintaining and updating employee-focused google sheets
- Collaborate on a variety of HR projects and initiatives
- Serves as a resource to the employees and leadership in all aspects of the hiring process
REQUIREMENTS
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
Bachelor's degree-preferred or relevant recruiting and onboarding experience
2+ years experience with Human Resources, Recruiting and Onboarding
Knowledge of ATS/HRIS systems, preferred
ZOHO knowledge, but not required
Demonstrate great attention to detail, creativity and problem solving
Comfortable in a high volume recruiting, hiring 3-4 people per week
Experience in a high volume recruiting setting - nationwide markets
Telecommunications, construction, and manufacturing experience preferred but not required
Bilingual (English/Spanish)
