Job Summary:

The Close Out (COP) Specialist is responsible for ensuring the close out process is completed accurately and timely. This process is critical to customer satisfaction and collecting final project payments. The COP Specialist interfaces and works directly with crews, project managers, construction managers, and customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Attend relevant internal and customer conference calls related to the project
  • Collect COP requirements for the project/market, review them and load them into drive (before project starts)
  • Attend any applicable trainings
  • Collect COP information from field crews
  • Review COP info submitted by the crews and make sure if meets all market and quality requirements; report any discrepancies and/or lateness to PM/CM immediately
  • Prepare COP packages accurately and submit to the customer within 48 hours or sooner if market/project requires
  • Follow up with the customer on COP approval on a daily basis if COP is not approved for more than a week
  • Assists PMs in any project/market needs

Experience:

Two (2) year of experience performing closeout or closeout administrative support services and at least two (2) years of general administrative experience

Experience with completing and uploading carrier closeouts

Bachelor's Degree Preferred
