Position Title: Staffing Branch Manager

Job Summary:
The Staffing Branch Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing all operations of a staffing branch, ensuring the achievement of revenue, profitability, and client satisfaction goals. This role requires a seasoned staffing professional with at least five years of experience who can effectively manage teams, develop client relationships, and drive business growth while maintaining high service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and manage branch staff, including recruiters and account managers, to achieve individual and branch performance goals.
Lead sales team as a player/coach. Requires selling ESPO services.
Develop and expand client relationships through strategic business development, account management, and consistent service delivery.
Drive branch sales performance by identifying new business opportunities and implementing growth strategies.
Manage branch financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit-and-loss accountability.
Ensure compliance with employment laws, company policies, and industry regulations.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare regular reports on branch performance.
Resolve client and employee issues efficiently, maintaining high levels of satisfaction and professionalism.
Collaborate with regional or corporate leadership to align branch goals with organizational objectives.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in the staffing industry, with demonstrated success in branch or team leadership.
Proven ability to manage sales, recruiting, and operational functions simultaneously.
Strong leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-management abilities.
Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and P&L.
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, and standard office software.
