Shift: Day & Night Shifts Available (15% premium for night shift)

Are you an experienced CNC Programmer/Machinist looking to grow with a respected, family-owned company that values craftsmanship, innovation, and teamwork? Bronson & Bratton, Inc., a precision job shop in operation since 1948, is seeking a talented and motivated professional to join our team.

What You'll Do:

* Program and run 5-axis and 3-axis CNC mills, including setup and operation

* Fully program from solid models and edit programs as needed

* Set up and machine complex or irregularly shaped parts

* Interpret GD&T on drawings and ensure accuracy through self-inspection

* Use micrometers, bore gauges, and other standard measuring tools

* Read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings

* Determine proper speeds and feeds for challenging aerospace materials such as Inconels, Monels, Titanium, etc.

* Collaborate with teammates and assist in CNC programming

* Operate multiple machines simultaneously when needed
