As a CNC Lathe Machinist, you will:

* Set up and operate CNC lathes

* Read and interpret blueprints and sketches

* Program/edit CNC machines as needed (Smart Cam, Gibbs Cam, etc.)

* Select appropriate tools, inserts, and fixtures

* Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges

* Maintain equipment and ensure a clean, safe work area

* Follow all safety and quality protocols

Qualifications

* High School Diploma/GED

* Minimum 5 years of machining experience or equivalent training

* Proficiency with micrometers, calipers, and precision tools

* CNC programming experience preferred

* Strong math and communication skills

* Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently and in a team
