• Prepare ingredients and assemble components for menu items with precision and speed.
• Cook dishes according to standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations in compliance with food safety standards.
• Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient availability and preparation methods.
• Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
• Support catering events by preparing large quantities of food and ensuring timely service.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations during busy service hours.

• Experience in dietary departments or dietary aide roles is highly valued.
• Strong food preparation and cooking skills, including proficiency with knife techniques.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling procedures.
• Previous restaurant or food industry experience demonstrating reliability and efficiency.
• Ability to work quickly while maintaining attention to detail during meal preparation and service.
• Excellent teamwork and communication skills in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with menu planning, catering, serving, and general kitchen operations.
