Our client is seeking a Home Health Registered Nurse to provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes throughout the Wilmette area. This position focuses on delivering professional, compassionate care that promotes comfort, safety, and recovery in a home setting.

• Complete nursing assessments
• Implement individualized care plans
• Administer medications
• Monitor patient progress
• Educate patients and families on ongoing health management

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois
• Associate degree or higher in Nursing
• Minimum one year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred)
• Current BLS and CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and auto insurance

Schedule:

Monday to Friday day shift, one weekend per month, two to three on-call days per month, and two holidays per year
