- Physical Retail In-Store [Sales Associate / Team Member] As a Sales Specialist at Wayfair, you'll:
Provide coaching and support to the Sales Associate team and support their allocated workload efforts as determined by the Store Leader;
Support Store Leaders to train and develop associates on knowledge of the product, selling, customer service, operations, visual, and other aspects of their roles;
Master selling essentials, sales analytics tools, and other training resources to educate the team on our wide array of product assortment.
