Billing Specialist

Description

Robert Half has partnered with a growing firm within the Wilmington Delaware area on their search for a multi-tasking, Billing Specialist with e-billing expertise. As the Billing Specialist, you will oversee client invoicing, assist with the collections process, handle billing inquiries, assist with calendar management, complete accounts receivable/payable transactions, perform legal research, complete account reconciliations, and prepare legal documents as needed.

The ideal candidate should have strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to solve problems quickly.

What you get to do everyday

· Data entry of billing tickets/order entry

· Enter daily invoice transactions

· Process and reconcile billing

· Send and receive Fed Ex packages

· Update and maintain client accounts

· Provide administrative support

· Email follow-up on client inquiries

· Assist with billing projects as needed

Requirements

The ideal Billing Specialist will preferably have a Associates/Bachelors degree in Accounting/Finance/Business Administration.

Other requirements for the Billing Specialist role include and are not limited to:

· 2+ years of billing experience

· Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

· Law Firm billing experience preferred

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
