Tax Auditor IV (Marijuana Tax Auditor IV)
This position will report to a tax audit manager within the Division of Revenue (DOR) enforcement section. The position will develop detailed, complex, multi-state plans and audits for all entity types administered by DOR and engaged in the Marijuana industry. This includes ensuring compliance with State and Federal law, drafting technical question responses, and Notices of Assessment, prioritizing marijuana field audits for the retail marijuana tax and related business and income taxes, and advising DOR on key tax matters.
Travel to training or audits sites may be required.
