Payroll Specialist

Position: PAYROLL SPECIALIST
Payroll Specialist – Winner Automotive Group Winner Automotive Group is looking for a Payroll Specialist to manage payroll operations across our dealership locations. If you know Paycom inside and out and can juggle multi-location processing without breaking a sweat, we want to talk to you.

What You'll DoProcess payroll accurately and on time across multiple dealership locations

Administer and maintain payroll functions within Paycom Track, manage, and reconcile employee leave (PMFL, FMLA, STD, etc.)Ensure compliance with wage, hour, and tax regulations

Partner with HR and dealership management to resolve payroll discrepancies

Maintain accurate payroll records and generate reports as needed

What You Bring Proven experience running payroll in Paycom (required)
Experience processing payroll for multiple locations simultaneously

Strong understanding of leave administration and tracking

High attention to detail and a knack for catching errors before they happen

Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion
