Family Court is seeking a Controller. This position will report to the Court Administrator and is responsible for assigning and reviewing the work of subordinate technical staff engaged in the Court's fiscal program. The Controller provides comprehensive fiscal and administrative oversight for Family Court, including management of federal grants and IV-D, and IV-E funding initiatives. The position oversees federal reimbursement for child welfare contracts as well as fiscal operations supporting Family Court, and responsibilities include payroll, revenue collection, vendor and pass-through payments, fines, procurement, technology purchasing and inventory, contracts, RFPs, and fiscal policies and procedures, while serving as a liaison with state agencies and vendors.

The position also oversees juvenile restitution collection, disbursement, and joint and several restitution orders.
