The Medical Group of Christiana Care is looking for a Site Manager to cover our Swank and Physiatry practices.
The Site Manager will oversee ambulatory practice support staff and ensure compliance with daily workflows and clinic operations. The Site Manager will provide front‑line leadership, guidance, and problem‑solving, serving as the primary point of accountability when expectations are not met. In this role, the Site Manager will support team members in delivering high‑quality patient care. The typical scope includes managing 1–3 clinics with 20 or more caregivers.
As a Site Manager you will oversee a team consisting of 21 direct reports that include both office assistants and medical assistants.
This position does require travel between practices that are located in Rehoboth, Smyrna, and Wilmington. Two days a week will be required in Wilmington, DE.
Work Schedule- Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm
- Recruitment, onboarding, retention and off‑boarding of ambulatory practice caregivers, including medical assistants and office assistants.
- Conduct check‑ins and annual performance evaluations, provide on‑site support for daily problem‑solving, and ensure clinic staffing is in place.
- Monitor and coach front desk caregivers and non‑provider caregivers to ensure SOPs and workflows are followed.
- Conduct daily charge and cash reconciliations in accordance with established policies and procedures; maintain supply levels; plan and lead monthly clinic meetings with non‑provider caregivers.
- Supervise and train non‑provider caregivers on daily cash handling and copay collections.
- Approve caregiver timecards, adhere to departmental safety rules, and report unsafe activities, conditions, hazards, or safety violations to the supervisor.

- High School diploma required. Associate’s degree preferred.
- 2 years of office practice experience required; supervisory experience preferred.
You must possess proven change leadership skills, strong communication and team‑building abilities, and a strong understanding of accounting principles. You must create a sense of shared ownership and accountability within the team, manage physician practice communication and work processes independently, and adjust to changing workloads. You must have knowledge of organizational policies and practices and are adept at directing people of diverse backgrounds and responsibilities.

Annual Compensation Range $68,161.60 - $
This pay rate/range represents Christiana Care’s good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting. The actual salary within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on individual factors including without limitation skills, relevant experience, and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements.
