Job Description
A Door of Hope Pregnancy Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate administrator to join our Hope Program—a transformative initiative providing parenting education, mentorship, and material assistance to women and their families. This rewarding role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by empowering clients and supporting their journey toward life-affirming change.
As our administrator, you will work closely with the Director of Operations to help manage and grow the program, warmly welcome and onboard new clients, and guide a team of devoted volunteers. You will play a vital part in ensuring our daily operations run smoothly and efficiently. Additionally, you’ll be instrumental in supporting the ministry’s day-to-day needs by handling data entry, answering the phone with care and professionalism, and coordinating appointments and schedules.
