Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm ET
As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will support Project Managers and internal teams with administrative and coordination tasks to help ensure domain-related projects are cost-effective, secure, compliant, and accurate. This entry-level role requires a proactive mindset, along with strong critical thinking, organizational, and problem-solving skills to manage large volumes of data. What you'll do for us:
* Conduct research and validate information with global vendors
* Process data updates accurately and within established timelines
* Develop, maintain, and track project plans, timelines, and task lists
* Participate in project status meetings and distribute meeting notes to stakeholders
* Support multiple concurrent internal projects of varying size and complexity
* Determine task sequencing and resource requirements to achieve project goals, prioritizing key actions effectively
* Assess potential impacts and risks associated with decisions and proposed actions
* Track project progress and provide regular status updates to stakeholders
* Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment across teams
* Monitor workload priorities and adapt to shifting business needs
What technical skills, experience, and qualifications do you need?
* Basic understanding of project management principles and methodologies
* Ability to work both independently and collaboratively, including coordination with remote teams
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office, with strong capabilities in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, VLOOKUP; familiarity with tools like ASAP Utilities is a plus)
* Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present information clearly to stakeholders
* Analytical and critical thinking skills to interpret data, identify issues, and develop practical solutions
* Effective planning and organizational skills to manage tasks, prioritize work, and meet project deliverables
* High level of attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality of work
* Adaptability and flexibility to respond to changing priorities and team needs
* Proven ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
* Experience tracking tasks, timelines, and deliverables across multiple projects
* Ability to identify risks, dependencies, and potential roadblocks, with a focus on proactive resolution
