Schedule:

Full‑Time:
Monday‑Friday 8:00am–4:30pm
Weekend:
Every other weekend 8:00am–4:30pm
Evening:
Monday‑Friday 4:30pm–7:30pm

Position Description

Receptionists are the first impression makers for our facility. They answer phone calls, greet family members, and assist vendors and guests. Working side by side with all of our staff, Receptionists play a central role in a successful front office.

Duties and Responsibilities
  • Timely answering of telephones and recording messages. Ensures messages are received by the appropriate party.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Must possess 2 years of office experience.
  • Previous experience handling a high call volume is preferred.
  • Proficiency with MS Word and Excel is required.
