Amtrak is seeking a Crew Dispatch Coordinator to support day-to-day crew management within On Board Services (OBS) or Train and Engine (T&E). You will work with a team of dispatchers to ensure staffing levels, accurate rosters and timely information for assignments and hours.
Responsibilities include answering crew questions, maintaining rosters, coordinating training and schedules, and communicating with field management and labor representatives.
