We’re hiring an Automotive Service Advisor to become the first dedicated advisor on our growing team. You don’t need 10+ years of experience or to know every system on day one. You do need automotive experience, strong communication skills, and the confidence to present estimates and sell needed repairs.
If you’re looking for a Monday-Friday position where you can grow with an independent shop and have your performance rewarded through commission, this could be a great fit.

Kelly’s Auto Repair is a growing independent repair shop working on a broad mix of domestic, Asian, and European vehicles
, along with some fleet vehicles and trucks up to approximately F-450/F-550 size.
We average approximately 35-40 vehicles per week and operate out of a six-bay, six-lift facility with both heat and air conditioning.
This is a growing operation, which means you won’t be stepping into a rigid corporate environment where everything has to be done “the way it’s always been done.” We’re looking for someone coachable, adaptable, and interested in helping build a strong service process alongside us.
The owner currently handles the Service Advisor responsibilities and has a technician background, so you’ll be working directly with someone who understands both sides of the shop.
What You’ll Do- Greet and check in customers
- Build and present repair estimates
- Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly
- Sell necessary repairs and preventive maintenance What We’re Looking For
- Automotive industry experience is required
- 2+ years of automotive Service Advisor or relevant automotive front-office experience preferred
- Around 5 years of Service Advisor experience is a strong plus
- Working knowledge of common automotive repairs and maintenance
- Ability to confidently present estimates and sell recommended services
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Comfortable communicating by phone, text, and email
- Valid driver’s license
- Coachable, adaptable, and willing to learn
- Able to work effectively in a growing independent shop environment
We’re open to someone who is still developing as a Service Advisor if you already have automotive experience and the right foundation. If you’re hungry to learn, comfortable with customers, and understand how a repair shop operates, we’re willing to invest in the right person.
