Data Analyst, Business Systems/ Tech Analyst
The Commercial Operations Analyst will partner closely with the Commercial Operations and Sales teams to ensure the accuracy of our sales data, optimize CRM processes, and deliver high-quality reporting that supports decision-making across the organization. This individual‑contributor entry‑level role involves working with multi‑platform data compilation, reporting and analytics, process support, and other duties as assigned.
Principle Accountabilities Sales & CRM Data Management- Enter, update, and maintain accurate sales data in Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
- Perform routine data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and support data cleansing and duplication efforts.
- Support in Enter/Import/Export of CRM data.
- Assist with CRM enhancements to capture product and market dynamics using data from external sources (Sales team/Customer feedback, Pricing Compendia, etc.).
- Build, maintain and automate recurring sales and operational reports with a high degree of accuracy.
- Develop dashboards, summary reports, and ad‑hoc analyses to support Sales and Leadership teams.
- Create and maintain product detail sheets capturing data from external and internal sources.
- Use Excel and advanced modeling techniques to produce analytics‑ready data sets.
- Leverage analytical knowledge to extract, transform, and analyze data from multiple sources.
- Assist in visualizing trends, performance metrics, and insights for leadership consumption.
- Learn and support core CRM functionalities, ensuring records and processes are consistently maintained.
- Learn to troubleshoot basic CRM issues and provide user support to sales team members.
- Maintain and update documentation for sales processes, system changes, and operational workflows.
- Support implementation, rollout, and adoption of new commercial forecasting tools, processes, and system enhancements.
- Partner with Sales and other internal teams to gather requirements and ensure accurate reporting and data alignment.
- Communicate data insights clearly and proactively identify opportunities for product sales and process improvements.
- Assist team members and other areas as needed with ad‑hoc report requirements, presentations, etc.

- Strong reporting and data analysis skills.
- Ability to build, automate, and optimize recurring reports and dashboards.
- Comfort working with large, multi‑platform datasets.
- Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively across teams.
- Must have strong organization skills and a willingness to learn and grow.
- Ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic business environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in data & analytics, healthcare, or related discipline preferred.
- Must have knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Knowledge of Power BI (Preferred) and SQL (Preferred).
- Less than 20% of travel is required for in‑person meetings.
