Location:
Columbus, OH/Wilmington, DE (Preferred Local) Responsibilities
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in BA or a relevant domain area –
Credit Card domain is must!! - Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle including discovery and requirements definition
- Developing knowledge of data analytics and data literacy
- Must have the ability to easily assimilate information and learn new applications and processes
- Product Analyst Skills
- Product analytics (KPIs, funnel analysis, churn, adoption)- Experimentation & A/B testing
- Customer journey mapping & persona analysis - Focus on metrics and reporting skills
- Must have experience with JIRA set up and basic support
- Agility lead type skill needed as well as basic project mgt
- Experience with AGILE product development;
Advanced knowledge of using tools like Confluence and JIRA - Expertise in business requirements writing and communication
- Must have a solid ability to analyze complex system requirements and present findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of delivery and new product feature creation
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
