As WH coordinator you will be part of the team that coordinates, monitor, and optimize the movement, storage, and distribution of inventory (berries) within the warehouse/s, ensuring compliance with quality standards, inventory accuracy, and timely dispatch or receipt of inventory.

Key Performance Outputs- Maintain balanced inventory levels withoptimal rotation to ensure product freshness and availability.
- Adhere to priority guidelines to fulfillsales allocations efficiently and on time.
- Monitor inventory issues and proactivelyseek solutions for any products requiring attention, ensuring minimaldisruption to operations.
- Coordinate sales shipments by ensuring timely delivery of accurate information and instructions.
- Co-ordinate with Logistics Team to trackproducts throughout the shipping process until delivery is completed.
- Report any issues that may impact the customer to the Sales and Logistics Managers to ensuring prompt resolution.
- Continuously track shipments from growersas they arrive at controlled warehouses.
- Provide regular updates on productavailability to ensure accurate inventory management and timely order fulfillment.
- Organize and oversee packing and repackingservices.
- Monitor timings and agreed rates forrepacking services to ensure compliance.
- Report any anomalies promptly and followup to ensure corrective actions are taken for future control.
- Provide detailed charge information to the Manager and Accounting departments.
- Address any discrepancies by managingnecessary debit or credit notes and ensuring proper documentation.
- Coordinate the necessary fruit inspectionsaccording to QC parameters, ensuring they are completed before the product isshipped
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Operations, Agricultural Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years’ experience in handling and processing perishable goods in a high-volume, quality-sensitive environment.
- Worked withshippers, vessel lines, trucking companies and import agents.
- Experience inservice agreements with warehouses, trucking companies, suppliers of materials and others
- Experience in inventory management and systems.
- Experience with sales operations, coordinating shipping and fulling orders.
- Computerliteracy:
Proficient in MS Office. /
Advanced Excel - Experience in database management and ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of the sales process from order receipt to delivery.
- Net Suite and/or Famous knowledge desired.
- Results Oriented, analytical and problem-solving skills.
