Position Overview
Commercial Excellence Consultant (Hybrid) – Wilmington, DE. Part of Chemours Leadership Lab Career Talent Development Program.
Program SummaryThe 3‑year rotational program builds experience across commercial functions such as marketing, sales, product management, business development, technical service and customer service. The first rotation is the Commercial Excellence Consultant, a highly visible role focused on improving commercial execution through analytics, process discipline, and cross‑functional coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Operations to gather requirements, streamline processes and support the execution of commercial initiatives.
- Coordinate project plans, meeting cadences, action items and follow‑ups for priority commercial excellence initiatives.
- Build, maintain and analyze commercial dashboards, KPIs and reports that provide visibility to key metrics such as sales performance, pipeline health and pricing realization.
- Propose data‑driven recommendations to improve sales execution, customer experience and business performance.
- Prepare supporting materials for Commercial Board meetings – presentations, summaries and communication documents that translate analysis into actionable recommendations.
- Advance sales effectiveness by diagnosing process, tool and performance gaps, designing and implementing sales effectiveness frameworks and playbooks.
- Facilitate training sessions, workshops and coaching programs that enable adoption of standardized commercial methodologies, best practices and tools.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, economics, engineering, data analytics or related field.
- 4+ years of experience in a commercial role such as sales, marketing, product management or sales operations.
- Excellent communication, organization and project‑management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Track record implementing process improvements and facilitating training/leadership initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data, identify insights and translate findings into actionable recommendations.
- Proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, CoPilot and reporting/visualization tools such as Power BI and CoPilot.

Pay Range: $97,843.00 – $
Chemours Level: 25, Annual Bonus Target: 8%
