PRODUCT MANAGER II TREASURY MANAGEMENT SOLUTIONS

WHAT IS THE OPPORTUNITY?

The Product Management function includes the following responsibilities: develops, manages, and owns products and programs that support corporate defined strategies and initiatives and contribute to the bank's competitive edge in the marketplace. Supports the creation of new products to increase market share. Supports the development and enhancements of strategic products to meet the bank's profitability goals. Provides direction and support relative to product design, enhancement, research, pricing, fees, profitability, implementation, analysis, reporting and performance.

Product Management is an ongoing cycle that begins with analysis of needs and opportunities, leads to product development, and continues with training, policy development, pricing and marketing, followed by tracking, analysis and improvement to better serve clients and stay competitive.

WHAT WILL YOU DO?
  • Support assigned products and product lines.
  • Perform data analysis using SQL queries and data visualization tools to identify, evaluate and implement measures to improve product performance, profitability, competitiveness and accountability.
  • Provide analytical support to identify, evaluate and implement opportunities for product enhancement and development, such as market and competitor analysis, client needs, and new initiatives.
  • Prepare reports and analyses on assigned products and present them to Bank Management on a regular basis.
  • Keep up to date on competition, regulation and market conditions related to assigned products.
  • Develop information materials on product features, benefits, requirements, pricing and services, and execute training seminars as needed.
  • Review product pricing annually and make recommendations and implementations, including disclosure and colleague communication.
  • Monitor development activities related to product objectives, budget, quality standards and schedule.
  • Recommend and implement programs to minimize costs and maintain quality.
  • Participate in product evaluation and provide recommendations for changes and revisions as required.
  • Serve as product expert for sales guidance and operational support.
  • Manage the product management portion of acquisition conversions, including product mapping and support.
  • Represent the bank in civic and professional organizations as appropriate.
  • Maintain strong relationships with colleagues to ensure integrated processes and support for customer service levels.
  • Adhere to banking laws, regulations and policies.
WHAT DO YOU NEED TO SUCCEED?

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant banking product management experience.
  • Minimum 3 years of banking experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience managing medium to large projects.
Additional Qualifications
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills.
  • Strong project management, organizational and analytical skills.
  • Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Qlik, or Business Objects.
  • Working knowledge of PL/SQL queries.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU? Compensation

Starting base salary: $87,027 - $138,965 per year. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. The job is eligible for bonus and/or commissions.
