Job Summary

As part of the portfolio strategy team for Freedom products, you will partner across the organization to influence and inform customer experiences for the segment. Your role involves using data analysis skills, strategy experience, and customer insights to quantify opportunities and support optimization of Freedom’s Quarterly Customer Engagement Program (QCEP).

Job Responsibilities
  • Monitor QCEP program performance against KPIs and continuously refine strategy based on results.
  • Leverage quantitative analysis and customer insights to identify, size, and prioritize growth and optimization opportunities.
  • Translate customer needs and strategic priorities into clear program objectives, requirements, and success metrics.
  • Drive QCEP category and merchant‑offer strategy, translating insights into a forward‑looking offer calendar.
  • Build and maintain strong cross‑functional partnerships across Marketing, Data & Analytics, Finance, Insights, Product, and other stakeholder teams to drive program success.
  • Partner with Corporate Development to support contract negotiations for merchant partners.
  • Serve as the point of contact with external merchants for campaign planning and execution needs, ensuring alignment on objectives and requirements.
  • Develop and validate merchant/transaction eligibility logic to ensure accurate capture and measurement of qualified activity.
  • Identify and pursue areas of opportunity and test new activation placements and distribution channels to expand reach and engagement.
  • Collaborate with Legal and Compliance to enable QCEP customer experience enhancements and ensure controls/approvals processes are met.
  • Work with the Digital Customer Experience team to enhance the QCEP activation journey and reduce customer friction.
  • Measure and monitor the impact of CX enhancements using KPIs to drive iterative optimization.
  • Own the QCEP budget, including vendor contract needs and invoice management.
  • Partner closely with the Marketing Execution team to ensure campaigns reflect the program vision, and to drive ongoing optimization while maintaining a primary focus on strategy, analytics, and financial rigor.
Required Qualifications , Capabilities, and Skills
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
  • Strategic mindset with familiarity in card economics and segment dynamics.
  • Collaborative, inclusive working style with a bias for action.
  • Ability to manage multiple initiatives and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong communication skills with proficiency in PowerPoint.

  • Ability to influence across teams without direct authority and build strong partnerships.
  • Demonstrated focus on quantifiable outcomes for customers and the business.
  • Consulting or product strategy experience.
  • Comfort navigating complex organizations and driving alignment.
