Job Responsibilities
- Manage, prioritize and deliver multiple epics and user stories simultaneously
- Exercise strong analytical and problem‑solving skills to manage competing product priorities
- Demonstrate strong partnership and collaboration skills to drive cross‑functional teams – product, tech, data, and design
- Communicate (both verbal and written) technical updates to executives via decks and reports
- Promote a strong control environment by adhering to risk/control, procedure and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what’s best for the customer
- Partner with technology to create test plans for developed capabilities with an automation mindset
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 3+ years of work experience in product development or related field
- Proven ability to operate Agile methodology
- Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot Tables)
- Experience in fintech or financial services industry
