Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

You will join our Rising Talent program where you will have the opportunity to work within our dynamic, global Digital Brands Services (DBS) business unit. You will receive training, mentorship, and opportunities for growth. This is an intern position with potential for full‑time employment.
Responsibilities- Providing excellent customer service to the internal teams we support
- Managing shared team assignments, as well as owning individual assignments
- Supporting multiple teams within the domains business
- Using critical thinking skills to research options and find solutions
- Researching and analyzing domain name industry related information
- Partnering with internal teams to execute on critical strategic domains projects
- Collaborating and contributing to process improvement projects in the domain sphere to increase team efficiency
- Building and maintaining internal and external relationships
- Collaborating with your team daily through meetings and huddles to review and discuss relevant updates
- Managing daily workload to ensure protection and security of global internet brands
- Detail oriented and persistent in seeing activities through to completion
- Strong computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, including working to deadlines
- Produces quality results consistently
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Problem‑solving skills, with a focus on process improvement
- Desire to be an active participant in change
- Effectively utilizes multiple order management platforms with speed and efficiency
- Tenacious in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing industry
- Able to work within and across teams
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Interest in technology and agility at learning new products and features are a plus
- Flexible and adaptable; able to work in ambiguous situations
- This is a paid cohort‑based position and an opportunity to grow communication and business skills.
