Responsibilities
  • Generate qualified appointments that turn into sales opportunities for the Account Executives, who are responsible for closing deals.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives on prospecting strategies and build effective BDR x AE partnerships.
  • Perform phone prospecting to secure qualified meetings in a competitive environment.
  • Complement phone outreach with multi-channel campaigns (email and Linked In) to optimize lead generation.
  • Conduct qualification meetings, and potentially manage end-to-end sales cycles in the Mid-Market / Enterprise segment.
Requirements
  • A first experience in sales, prospecting, or customer relations is a plus; junior profiles with strong commercial acumen are welcome.
  • 3 to 5 years of higher education in business, marketing, management, or communications is a plus.
  • 1 year experience in BDR SaaS software is a plus.
  • Opportunity to advance into the Account Executive team after 18 months (for distinctive performance) or 24 months (for strong performance).
