Strategic Consulting Advisor​/Director of Special Projects

Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning and Execution: assist in developing, implementing, and monitoring organizational strategies and priorities. Oversee cross‑functional initiatives, ensuring alignment with the executive team’s objectives. Identify process improvements and implement best practices to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
• Special Projects:
  Lead or participate in special initiatives as assigned by the Chief of Staff.
• Drives decisive execution of enterprise level priorities by cutting through ambiguity, removing barriers, and ensuring strategic initiatives move forward with urgency, clarity, and measurable impact.
• Stakeholder Engagement:
  Serve as a liaison between the executive office and internal/external stakeholders. Facilitate clear communication and build positive relationships across the organization.
• Operational Oversight:
  Manage day‑to‑day operations in collaboration with the Chief of Staff. Support the Chief of Staff in decision‑making, agenda setting, and materials preparation for executive and Board of Directors’ meetings.

• Excellent judgment, problem‑solving skills, emotional intelligence and intuition regarding interpersonal interactions, and meticulous attention to detail are a must.
• Strong business acumen and prior experience in a high‑paced corporate environment.
• Expert‑level analytical skills and experience with leading, executing, and synthesizing complex research, analysis, and project initiatives.
• Ability to work independently and make independent judgment on assigned duties.
• Excellent relationship skills and the ability to get things done in a collaborative environment.
• Demonstrated ability to successfully execute multiple complex tasks simultaneously.
• Experience in understanding of government services or government consulting services.
