Job Responsibilities
- Drive planning and execution of strategic priorities for Card Data and Analytics, serving as an objective thought partner to leaders across the organization
- Lead high-priority cross-team projects from problem definition through delivery, including workplan development, stakeholder alignment, and follow-through
- Partner with cross-functional teams (including data science, finance, product, and marketing) to support strategic priority areas and remove execution blockers
- Build clear, compelling presentations and narratives that influence diverse stakeholders and drive action
- Establish program tracking and reporting, including synthesizing updates into concise executive-ready materials
- Identify opportunities to improve cross-team collaboration, operating cadence, and ways of working to increase impact
- Draft and coordinate senior executive communications to ensure alignment, clarity, and consistent messaging
- 3 years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate strategy, financial technology, investment banking, private equity, or strategic finance,
or 2 years of relevant experience plus a Master of Business Administration or a Master's degree in an analytical field (for example, statistics, economics, applied mathematics, operations research, or data science) - Bachelor's degree
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure complex, ambiguous problems into clear workplans and decisions
- Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, including executive-level storytelling
- Demonstrated ability to partner cross-functionally and influence stakeholders across levels, including senior leaders
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including building clear analyses and executive-ready materials
- Experience with Jira and Agile methodology
- High ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail
- Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and driving alignment across diverse teams
- Familiarity with data and analytics concepts, including machine learning and artificial intelligence techniques
- Master of Business Administration or graduate degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, engineering, or a related field
