CSC Station is actively seeking a friendly, analytical, and detail-oriented person to be one of the faces of our organization. You will help us grow the community by creating a great member experience while executing sales and operational tasks with excellence. This is an opportunity to take ownership and responsibility of a mission-driven business with the complete support and experience of our 127-year-old organization.
Whatyou will be doing:
- Community Management
- Create a welcoming, friendly environment to ensure high member satisfaction.
- Plan and launch community initiatives that connect different organizations.
- Lead networking events and manage digital community communications.
- Expand our local community outreach and partnerships.
- Foster a sense of inclusivity where fresh ideas are welcome
- Maintain deep knowledge of membership requirements, guidelines, and policies, explaining them to members as necessary.
- Assist the onboarding process for new members and coordinate member moves.
- Events Planning & Execution
- Coordinate, set up, and oversee on-site community and networking events.
- Build engagement and attendance for community programming.
- Facilities & Operations
- Ensure all shared technology, conference rooms, and work spaces are in perfect working order.
- Maintain a professional, clean, and organized aesthetic across the facility at all times.
- Manage all building operations to the satisfaction of members
- Ensure members are aware of issues that may impact them
- Business development
- Promote new initiatives and expand our memberships
- Conduct tours for prospective members
- Maintain a positive relationship with key vendors
- Contact with community leaders to generate interest
- A proactive, self-starting professional who takes initiative and follows through.
- Resourceful problem-solver who enjoys finding solutions rather than focusing on obstacles.
- Willing to roll up your sleeves and jump in wherever needed to ensure an exceptional tenant experience.
- 2+ years of experience in sales, hospitality, property management, retail, or customer service.
- Strong tech-literacy (comfortable troubleshooting basic Wi-Fi, AV equipment, and digital platforms).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for Delaware and our entrepreneurial community
- Fluent in English. The ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- High-level ethics, empathy, and dependability
