We are seeking a highly motivated, organized and detail‑oriented Senior Associate to join our Product, Experience, & Technology (PXT) Transformation & Governance team. The role supports transformation initiatives, budget processes, calendarization and analytics in the PXT Planning & Analysis (P&A) area.

• Oversee and provide guidance for finance teams on forecasting and budgeting PXT expenses, promoting consistent approaches and adherence to standards.
• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams to align budget timelines, requirements, and inputs; drive timely closure of open items and escalations as needed.
• Develop and maintain deep SME knowledge of PXT planning and reporting processes and the associated tooling; act as a go‑to resource for questions, triage, and best practices across the community.
• Understand various financial tools and support PXT teams in structuring their financial data appropriately to derive accurate insights; partner with stakeholders to improve data quality and usability.
• Drive change and transformation initiatives (e.g., process simplification, standardization, automation, improved controls, reporting enhancements), including problem definition, solution design, stakeholder alignment, and rollout/adoption.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand needs and deliver solutions; establish clear requirements, success metrics, and feedback loops.
• Create and maintain detailed budget process documentation, controls, and guidance materials; ensure content is current, easy to consume, and actionable.

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of relevant experience.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with keen attention to detail and a focus on root‑cause analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to synthesize complex topics into clear, audience‑appropriate messages and materials.
• Demonstrated ability to drive change across multiple stakeholders (influence without authority), manage resistance, and deliver sustainable process improvements.
• Highly organized with strong program/process management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Self‑motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence.

• Hands‑on experience with Pi, Essbase, SQL, Tableau and Alteryx in a professional setting is a plus.
