* Translate client vision into actionable production plans
* Participate in pre-sale strategy and solution development alongside the sales team
* Lead client meetings, site visits, and show advances
* Manage all phases of event production: pre-production, load-in, show execution, and load-out
* Build and maintain detailed project timelines, budgets, and labor plans
* Oversee multiple concurrent projects of varying scale and complexity
* Collaborate with warehouse/operations teams to ensure accurate equipment pulls
* Coordinate logistics with transportation teams (trucking, scheduling, routing)
* Work with technical leads (lighting, audio, video, staging) to ensure seamless integration
* Lead on-site execution, troubleshooting, and decision-making under pressure
* Ensure safety standards and best practices are followed
* Represent the company professionally in high-visibility environments
* Manage project budgets, track costs, and protect margins
* Identify efficiencies and opportunities to improve processes as we scale
* Support post-event reconciliation and internal debriefs
* Strong expertise in staging, lighting, audio, and video systems, including moving light repair, maintenance, and programming
* Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing teams, delegating tasks, and driving projects from concept through execution
* Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail; skilled at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with client-facing experience and a professional presence
* Proficient with PC-based systems and production documentation, including reports and checklists
* Self-motivated and dependable, with a strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively
* Adaptable and flexible, with a willingness to travel and work nights, evenings, and weekends as needed
* Experienced in general equipment maintenance, upkeep, and operational readiness EXPERIENCE AND
EDUCATION:
* 10+ years of experience in live event and technical production
* Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary events
* High school diploma or equivalent required.
* Bachelor"s degree preferred, but not required LICENSES /
CERTIFICATIONS:
* Valid Driver"s license with reliable transportation required.
* OSHA Certification on Straight-Mast forklift a plus
