Senior Product Delivery Associate
Help power the next wave of Chase Small Business Card innovation - driving the delivery and product operations of Small Business Card priorities.
As a Senior Product Delivery Associate in the Small Business Card team, you will enable the delivery of high-quality card products and solutions for clients. You'll lead delivery planning, manage dependencies and risks, and keep stakeholders aligned through clear, timely communication. You'll also support portfolio-level governance and operating routines that help teams deliver consistently.
• Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and risk and issue management, while escalating opportunities to improve delivery efficiencies and cross-functional coordination.
• Lead change management activities across functional partners and ensure adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
• Govern the program and projects to the firm's product standards, delivery hygiene and controls.
• Drive Small Business Card product governance activities and portfolio operations across the portfolio.
• 3+ years of experience (or equivalent expertise) in product management, product delivery, project and / or program management, or a relevant domain area.
• Exceptional executive communication skills, with the ability to connect and synthesize impacts across multiple work streams, and deliver clear updates to leadership on status, timing and risks to delivery.
• Ability to operate independently, meet tight deadlines, and support concurrent projects.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and a strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications, including MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Experience working in Jira / Jira Align, Tableau, and Confluence.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
